Damaged the car (scratch, dent, mirror)?

Report it immediately, even if the damage seems minor. In most cases, insurance coverage applies. We document everything officially, without pressure or unnecessary drama.

Car towed or received a fine?

Contact us immediately. We’ll explain where to go, what documents you need, and how to pay quickly. This is a standard situation, and we know how to resolve it without wasting your time or nerves.

Lost your car keys or documents?

Don’t panic. Call your manager — we’ll arrange delivery of a spare set or, if necessary, replace the locks. The cost depends on the car model, but we always strive to minimize your expenses.

Car break-in or theft?

Call the police immediately and notify us. We coordinate with the insurance company and law enforcement. It’s important for you to file a report promptly. Our team will guide you through every step — you won’t be left on your own.

Items stolen from the car?

The theft of personal belongings is not covered by standard insurance, but we are ready to help with filing a police report and, if needed, with translation and coordination with the authorities. We always recommend taking valuable items with you.

Forgot something in the car?

Let us know as soon as possible — we will locate and secure any forgotten items if the vehicle has not yet been handed over to the next client. Shipping or pickup can be arranged by agreement.

Accidentally refueled with the wrong fuel?

Stop the car immediately and call us. We will arrange towing to a service station and filter replacement. Do not start the engine again — this will prevent serious damage.

Stuck in a difficult-to-reach place (mud, snow, mountains)?

Provide your coordinates and describe the situation. We will determine the best way to get you out. Always inform us in advance if you plan to drive off-road — especially with standard rental vehicles.
