Insurance coverage is included, with CDW / Super CDW options available upon request. An additional driver can be added free of charge — simply provide details in advance for contract inclusion.

Let us know as soon as possible — we will locate and secure any forgotten items if the vehicle has not yet been handed over to the next client. Shipping or pickup can be arranged by agreement.

Accidentally refueled with the wrong fuel?

Stop the car immediately and call us. We will arrange towing to a service station and filter replacement. Do not start the engine again — this will prevent serious damage.

Stuck in a difficult-to-reach place (mud, snow, mountains)?
