We have launched our own in-house service center for the vehicles we rent out. This is a direct advantage for you: every car is prepared according to strict regulations, with full diagnostics and inspection of key components before handover.

You receive a vehicle that is fully road-ready: properly functioning brakes, suspension, lights, tires, electronic systems, and air conditioning. Only cars that have passed inspection and hold an up-to-date service status are released for rental.

For us, this is an operational standard. For you, it means predictability. You book a vehicle based on your route and schedule — and the car meets the task in reality, not just in expectation.

Scheduled Maintenance

Planned servicing based on mileage and time intervals: replacement of consumables, fluids, and filters, wear control, and recommendations for components that are entering a critical service window.

Before delivering a vehicle, we conduct an express inspection according to a checklist and, if necessary, perform computer diagnostics. The goal is simple: the car must be fully ready for your route today.

Post-Rental Inspection

After each rental, the vehicle undergoes inspection. We document its condition and schedule any required maintenance to ensure the same level of quality for the next trip.

Seasonal Preparation

Each season brings different technical requirements: tire condition, braking system, battery, cooling system, heating, and washer fluid. Proper seasonal preparation directly impacts comfort and safety on real Georgian roads.

Service Discipline for Every Vehicle

We maintain a detailed service history for each car in our fleet. This allows us to keep vehicles in optimal working condition and make prompt decisions: what requires immediate servicing, what should be scheduled in advance, and what must be temporarily removed from rental until resolved.

If needed, we can pre-select a vehicle tailored to your specific use case: city driving, highways, mountain routes, family trips, extra luggage capacity, or business travel. Internally, we call this “selection by usage profile.” In practice, it means you receive a car that precisely matches your route and purpose.
